  • It is generally recommended that you get a HydraFacial every 4–6 weeks. The number of sessions you need depends on your individual skin type and goals — if you have oily or acne-prone skin you may need them more often than someone with dry skin.

  • A session typically takes about 30–45 minutes. A licensed esthetician uses a hydrofacial device to cleanse, exfoliate and extract impurities from your skin, then applies a variety of serums to hydrate and nourish it. You do not need to do anything special to prepare.

  • You may experience some mild redness or irritation, but this should go away within a few hours. Your skin may also feel dry and tight after your first session; as you continue to have hydrofacials it becomes more hydrated and resilient. Most people see results after just one session.

  • A session typically takes about 30–60 minutes. A trained medical professional inserts an IV catheter into a vein in your arm or hand and then administers the IV solution over a period of time. The procedure is generally painless, though you may feel a slight prick when the needle is inserted.

  • The clinic lists athletes, people with chronic illnesses, people under stress, people experiencing fatigue or malaise, people recovering from surgery, people with nutrient deficiencies and people who are dehydrated. It is important to talk to your doctor before starting any type of IV drip therapy, especially if you have health conditions or take medications.

  • Consult a qualified medical professional to determine whether chemical peeling is right for you, tell your doctor about all of your medications and medical conditions, avoid sun exposure before and after your treatment, and follow your doctor's instructions carefully for post-treatment care.

  • It depends on the treatment. Laser hair removal ranges from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of the area being treated, a carbon facial takes about 30 minutes, and laser tattoo removal ranges from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size and colour of the tattoo.

  • Lymphatic massage uses gentle pressure to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid. It can help to improve circulation, reduce swelling, decrease pain, boost the immune system and remove toxins from the body. There are a few contraindications — recent surgery, cancer, cardiovascular disease and infections — so talk to your doctor first if any apply to you.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

The clinic's published booking terms, in full.

  1. Payments cannot be transferred to another person.
  2. Appointments can be rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original scheduled time.
  3. Rescheduling limit: appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times only.
  4. Cancellation requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date, along with an administrative and bank cancellation fee of AED 100.
  5. In case of failure to attend the scheduled appointment, no monetary amount will be refunded, in addition to any other applicable administrative or banking fees.
