Terms & Conditions

1. 01Payments cannot be transferred to another person.
2. 02Appointments can be rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original scheduled time.
3. 03Rescheduling limit: appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times only.
4. 04Cancellation requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date, along with an administrative and bank cancellation fee of AED 100.
5. 05In case of failure to attend the scheduled appointment, no monetary amount will be refunded, in addition to any other applicable administrative or banking fees.
